The Altered is the youth group of
Calvary Chapel of Red Oak.

We are a group of young men and ladies from grades 6 through 12.
We are dedicated to having fun and a fruitful study of God's word.

2 Corinthians 5:17-19
really defines what we are about!

"What this means is that those who become Christians become new persons. They are not the same anymore, for the old life is gone.  A new life has begun!  All this newness of life is from God, who brought us back to himself through what Christ did. And God has given us the task of reconciling people to him. For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people's sins against them.

Through Christ's ultimate sacrifice, we have been given an awesome gift! We recognize that along with this incredible gift, we have an awesome responsibility. Christ has called us to share the news of His gift with everyone that we can.
